The opening and closing of valve is determined by the position of the handles. When the handle is parallel to the pipe, it is opening valve. When the handle is vertical to the pipe, it is closing valve. But the joint of the handle and valve bar for the common ball valve is flat-tetragonal, which is easy to produce linking fault and fault operation. The joint of the handle and valve bar for the KITM NF ball valve is flat which can not produce linking fault and fault operation.
2.lock mechanism
When the handle ball valve is on the total opening or total closing state, it can be locked. It can prevent the fault action of valve because the non working personnel operate the handle. It also can prevent the pipe-line fluctuation or other accidents because of other factors. Especially for the working pipe line of inflammable and paroxysmal oil, gas, and chemical products, or the field piping, it is efficient.
3.Convex surface for preventing dashing of valve bar
In order to prevent the risk because of the dashing of valve, we set convex surface under the valve bar of NF ball valve. In order to prevent the leakage when the fire damage the sealing of valve bar, we set a thrusting bearing on the joint of the convex surface under the valve bar and valve bar. All these can form the inverted sealing seat to prevent the leakage.
For common ball valve, if the disc valve is damaged or there is defect on the disc-valve gland and bolt, the valve bar can be dashed off because of inner pressure and the fluid overflows. All these can lead to the accidents. It is not permitted for safety.
4.electrostatic prevention
In order to prevent static electricity arisen from the friction between ball body and valve bar or between valve bar and TFE(or RPPL),which can light the inflammable medium and lead to working accidents, we set a static- electricity spring between the valve bar and ball body, which can introduce the static- electricity into subsurface。
5.special valve seat structure
With many-year manufacture experience, we design double sealing valve seat structure with elastic force. For the high pressure, low pressure, and vacuum state, it has excellent sealing efficiency.
6.sealing structure of valve body without leakage
The joint of valve body and wall valve body is sealed by the insertion piece. The factors such as fire, high temperature, and moment can lead to the leakage. Except for the sealing of insertion piece, we design the metal-metal touch to form metal sealing for leakage prevention.
